Rental Service
This service level is available Monday through Thursday and is offered at an hourly rental rate. - A four (4) hour minimum rental is required. - Rental time must fall within the facility's operating hours. This rental package provides access to the facility on the day of your booking at your chosen rental time.. Included in this package: Use of the ballroom, serving area and kitchen are inlcuded. Existing tables and chairs (set up includes six (6) round tables with six (6) chairs each). Total occupancy capacity: up to ninety-one (91) guests. Approximate room size: 1,000 square feet. Features include a large stage located at the north end of the room and a brass chandelier centered in the ceiling. Twenty-five (25) on-site parking spaces available. Handicap-accessible ramp located near the front entrance of the building. This package does not include any Club-owned equipment unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
If Renter cancels the event within thirty (30) days of its scheduled date, no refund will be issued, including but not limited to the booking fee/retainer and any additional payments made toward the Total Cost. Any exceptions to this policy due to special circumstances (such as medical emergencies, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events) will be considered solely at the discretion of the Vendor and must be requested in writing. Vendor reserves the right to determine whether a partial refund, rescheduling option, or credit toward a future event will be offered.
